The bottom of my 3 liter hawking cooker has been uprooted, I had taken this cooker on 15-02-2021 from Jain Crockery shop Charkhi Dadri on 5 years guarantee, the bottom of this cooker has just been uprooted, please replace my 3 liter hawking cooker Please change it to keep the company name correct. Thank you

Claim for guaranteed pressure cooker.

Dear Sir/ madam, I have purchased Hawkins pressure cooker, which is not working. Now I wish to claim for its guarantee as it has been only 8 months after purchasing. I have already informed about my problem on 7th March,2022 but till now I didn't find any solution from your side.

I purchased a steel 5 litr steel pressure cooker but it's bottom burning every thing cooking in it besides the good water quantity.It burns everything.I make this purchase last year.since few months its making this problem.morever non of the customer care number of your company is working.How could you assure customer care service.

User's recommendation: Don't buy Hawkings steel pressure cooker.So much money you invest and then suddenly you feel your self cheated at the big brand name like Hawkings.Dont befool your self.They will never help you when problem raised in their product.

My cooker is damage from downside. No one is reponding from your side i call you 20 times to your different different customer care number but no one is responding This is very bad behavior of your towards customer
